I earned my MS in Sport, Exercise, and Performance Psychology from the University of Limerick, along with dual bachelor’s degrees in Cognitive Science and Psychology from Johns Hopkins University. My professional experience spans designing values-based psychological intervention plans for high-performance professionals, directing end-to-end grant-funded research, and executing high-volume benefits consulting for mid-market and corporate accounts.
I am the founder of Ace Performance, a sports and mental performance consulting practice that supports athletes across sports and identities. As a former NCAA athlete with 10+ years of experience in high-level sporting environments, I have firsthand experience with the importance of mental health and performance psychology for athletes within and beyond sport. I am passionate about sports equity, student-athlete development, and performance sustainability, and have worked with industry audiences such as Athlete Ally and The Hidden Opponent to support programs focused on student-athlete inclusion and mental health.
